Do you feel you have done with your life what you are supposed to?I think we should al have our confidence so that we could live well.I have always thought that nobody should try to intervene in my personal territory so I don't allow people telling me what should I do or be.Are you confident in yourself?

Confidence and self confidence is both a choice and a skill. We decide and we choose to be self confident. The opposite is of course true. And that's why it becomes a choice. It requires a decision to be made. It is also a skill. We learn to be confident through our life's experiences, perhaps through learning from the experiences of others as well as through our own undertakings and commitments. It may never be easy. But once acquired it may serve one for life.
I'm confident in the work I've done these many years. Likewise, my personal life has never been so good. I would say it's the training and life's experiences that made me confident to say "I am confident!"

I love rating people who are sincere and write not just some words in order to earn a cent but tell me what they really think about the problem that interests me.This is in fact why all we should be here to learn something new or see the things from different point of view.

I am a confident one though I always try to maintain this approach in life because else you will not be able to trust yourself enough before doing a job or accepting a challenge in life. So better be confident than over confident.

Sad to say that I'm not that self-confident. Oftentimes I am scared of taking risks and getting out of my comfort zone because I'm afraid to fail. I want to be sure all the time as much as possible. It's really one of the personal that I'm trying to overcome because I'm aware that I can't go miles as far as my career is concerned, and as a person. I want to take risks once in a while and believe in myself that I can do the things that I have been afraid to do ever since.

Sometimes yes, other times no. It depends on the situation. I know I need to be but there are just instances that I don't, especially when it comes to appearance. However, I try to avoid being a pessimist despite the lack of confidence. I just try to be pleasant to be with :).

To a certain point, yes. I'm, however, still trying to deprogram myself from hearing "I Can't" for most of my life. I feel that if I didn't hear those words when I was a kid, I could've accomplished a lot more. But, my confidence level is a lot better than when I was a kid, but it is a work in progress on a lot of levels.

Well, sometimes it is intersting to listen to what others say, maybe their advices are not so bad after all.
I consider myself to be a confident person. I know what I like and what I dislike, what I can do and what I am not able to do. And yes, I find it difficult to follow other people's instructions, because it is my life and I construct my life. So surely, I do have a vision how it might change in the nearest future. But when other people intervene with their advices, it always changes the path of my life in a way that afterwards for me it is difficult to see where the path will lead after!
Right now I have a period in my life when I have to listen to what others say and preferably follow their instructions. I find this situation somewhat "blind", because I have to trust them and hope that their advices will bring good deeds and positive results in my life. It is difficult to follow their instructions, because naturally: it was not my decision to go such way. And surelly, I do not follow the instructions made by others immediately, I analyse where will it lead me and are there other options to choose from?
