if you were to take one supplement what would it be?

Hello tankut and welcome to myLot. If you take too many vitamins it is just as bad as not getting enough. I prefer to get most of mine from foods I eat. I do take extra calcium with vitamin d. I know I don't get enough from my food. One needs to take vitamin D with calcium in order for the calcium to be absorbed. Other than that I stick to getting them from vegetables.

I'd take Spirulina. It's full of nutrients like Beta Cartone and I find the it's great for your skin and lifts my mood if I have an energy slump in the afternoon.
The other supplement I wouldn't be without is Magnesium because it helps reduce my migraines.
Failing that it would have to be a pretty good multi vitamin with all the trace nutrients that your body needs.

I think i would also take a supplement that has many vitamins and minerals in it..
so i won't be drinking many capsules or any other kind of supplement it's all in one..

I would take Vitamin D. I can get enough of everything else if I eat organic food (which I do for the most part), but living in the northern half of the US, we don't get enough sunshine to make Vitamin D and I don't get out as much as I would like to even at that.
