what do you feel if nobody responses to your discussion?

I think there are two reasons 1-repeat subjects 2-experienced friends know that the topic will be deleted

it's full of disappointments.. but i need to accept it, it's just a signed for me to make a more interesting discussion, wherein you can catch members attention.

I have one that's got 0 responses but Its because I didn't make my self clear on what I was trying to say. It was actually pretty hard for me to explain in the first place so I probably should have just left it alone. It gets me frustrated sometimes when I get a measly 2 to 4 responses while certain users on post rubbish on here that looks like it was thought up by a 5 year old and they get 3 pages of replies but I guess that 2 to 4 is better than none at all.

I just feel nothing. It is like that here. There are some discussions that instantly become a hit in the community while some discussions are left unanswered forever. In fact I have a couple of discussions which had not been picked up by the Mylot community. It's okay. We can't force people to like all our discussions. People respond to discussions that interest them so that's it.

I have only posted one time and just one person responsed me. what is my feeling?it is very bad .so till now I just reply but not start a new discusstion.

it seems that I never choose a good subject..but I never tried experiencing it(no responses to my discussion)..and im happy for it..

I wouldn't say it's "Okay" because it's not. I think we all would like to responded to if we posted a discussion, just like how we'd like someone to talk or reply to us when we post a question in a conversation. But, just like any forum, we can't expect people to patronize or be inclined to reply. But that doesn't mean the topic isn't interesting at all (unless you were just posting it for the sake of money), soon you'll realize that there are people who could relate to the topic thus they'd respond. I do have topics or discussions with no responses. But I have more with a great deal of responses which compensates for the frustration I got from having topics that were not given any importance.

I really not know anything that is needed by everyone, if I can make sentences that can be understood by people who read it and tasty perhaps some of my discussion feel alive.

Luckily this has never happened to me except for when I initially started mylotting and the reason for that was that I really didn't know how to start a successful discussion. However, since then when I've started discussions, I've not had a problem with people responding to my discussions. I think that there might be reasons that people don't respond to discussions. One of the main things that I see is that the people that have initially started the discussion aren't sound with their English and thus it is quite hard to understand. The other main reason that I see is that the discussion has nothing of content to it.

My lot discussions and responses - interests and the number of people with a large my lot population. There are chances of missing the discussions or may not be of interest. Framing a good and attractive discussion is not simple as people think and expect responses - it all depends upon the public who are available at the time of the discussion being uploaded,not only that it may not be in the interest of that particular person or he may be attempting another discussion -that is it no guarantee. Hence better is just upload the discussion and leave it.......

Hi realbusinesswithyou! It's a good time to review your topics and see where you could improve on to make future topics more interesting, easy to understand and one that many would be able to relate to. I've had a few with zero responses and I just have to move on.

Well I feel challenge. That on the next time I started a discussion, many should post on it. Well of course if you'll receive more response then it is very flattering. And if not, i feel the opposite of flattering... :)

I agree.. we must help each other.. responding a discussion is not that hard to do so why hesitate to answer those who don't have any responses of course you don't like people to feel bad because no one responded to his/her discussion. But of course a MyLotter must be responsible of what will be the result of his/her discussion. He/she must think of an interesting topic that will bring people answering his/her discussion. It's not always about helping people of course he/she must help him/herself, a little help or just a little consideration in answering some no responses discussions.

well, its only normal for anyone to be disappointed if after posting his/her sensible topic for discussion nobody cares to response. that is why to avoid disappointing any member of our mylot community, i agree with you realbusiness that we should answer and join discussions posted by our fellow mylotters

When i first started on here i started a few discussions that noone responded to so i would not be too disheartened as i am sure things will change as this has not happened since thankfully.I used to find that there were alot of discussions that i would respond to rather than start as i found that alot easier to do.I also used to look for discussions that had no response aswell and answer those as they were alot of people that had just joined and i found that if they had just started on mylot people hardly responded to their discussions.

This had happened to me a couple of times. I just look at it as a feedback that I have to create a more interesting discussions. But sometimes, the simple the discussion, the more response you have. I just noticed it here at mylot. I'm not judging anybody. I'm just saying.

Normally, we feel a bit disappointed. But you'll get use to this kind of situation. You just have to choose topics that are really relevant and interesting. Still, at least we are able to write the thoughts we are keeping and that in itself is already rewarding. so dont be discouraged. just keep on strating new discussions and things will just be alright....

It also happened to me. I think that mylotters do not show interest or have no interest at all of that said topic.

Well it just occur to me that the discussio I started is not interesting at all or nobody's really interested in that topic. It's not really a big deal to me since we all have a different opinion.

I feel bad because I think that the my lotters are not interestef in my discussion.
