He said that it was to acknowledge the significance of a barangay, which actually is the what constitute a time. It is some kind of a building block of government in our country. Noynoy will deviate from the custom of taking oath in front of a Supreme Justice

Noynoy is doing so because to take his oath in front of the new chief justice would signify that he is recognizing the justice's appointment.
Noynoy is not the type of person who would practice hypocrisy, unlike most politicians.

I totally believe in that because he has integrity which is the most important aspect for being a great leader.
