i want to know such program that pay their member for sending referrals toward their program. I will be paid for each referral after their joining only no further activity. Please tell me. Please mention how much do they pay for each referral joining.

It sounds like you're looking for a matrix program, such as Work For 3 Dollars. You pay a fee when you join, and you'll be paid each time you get a referral on any of the levels in your downline. How much you're paid is different for the levels.
