what about dropshiping?

We use a dropshipper with some of the big motorcycle parts we sell on Ebay. We don't like stocking them and the shipper can get them to the customer in 3 business days so we're very happy with the arrangement.

Well I have done some dropshipping in the past, but to be honest I do not really like it. There are some plusses ofcourse because you do not have to send it to your customer. But when something goes wrong, your customer will turn to you first. And I do think that can be a real hassle. If you have to return an item, or if something went wrong with the postal. You will be the one who has to make sure everything goes ok.
