How to Block other users from accessing the internet using your Modem

Hello everyone , i'm using sagem modem to access the internet and my little brother using the same modem , the problem is he use the internet to download movies and game and when i try to play games online the game is lagging , i want to find a way to block his Ip from accessing the internet is there any way to do this ?
ps:- my modem is sagem 2006

Hmmm... So it's 1 dsl modem networked to two computers? right?
You can try this..
Look on the bottom of the modem for the modems ip.
Type that into a browsers address bar.
-If it ask for a username and pass.. try these defaults.
u: admin p: admin
u: admin p: epicrouter
u: root p: 1234
Now look at the settings for any ways to block an ip or a mac address.
and might want to change the default pass so you won't get the same thing done to you. :-)
* If that's a wireless(wifi) modem ,you can just turn on encryption & set an access pass.
Caution: Blocking a brothers ip from the net may result in a family conflict. lol :D
It would be best to work out some sort of time frame deal. ;-)

i think you should put passwords when using your wifi connection so others won't be able to use it..
you can also use some softwares that controls the flow of your connection so you know who is using your internet connection..
