I will choose Davao because this is such a wonderful city. For me this is the best place in the Philippines, lesser crime rate, no frustrating traffic, all landmarks are accessible, still having a fresh air and clean water despite being a highly urbanized city, foods are very affordable and the cost of living here is super low. I love the peace and order here, I can still stroll around the city at midnight without fears of being robbed or raped. There's police visibility in all areas. I feel very safe here and there are lots of beaches and mountains resort to unwind and relax. Transportation is not really expensive compared to other cities. Then the weather is not punishing, not too hot during summer nor cold during rainy days. Davao indeed is a perfect place for retirement age and I want to stay here until my prime years.

If I were to ask where to live even if I'm not retire I love to live in the province. Our province are in Iloilo and in Bacolod but I like to live in Bacolod because we have small farm land there. I love nature and the food there are fresh. I can understand Ilonggo too so it would not be a problem for me if I'm going to live there for life. It is very cheap to live in the province than in the city.

There are really lots of good place here in the Philippines to settle for retirement. As for me I would like to live in our province, Zambales when I reached my retirement age. I just hope that when that time comes it will still be as beautiful as it is now.
