Status on the messengers

People joined in messengers tend to put in status or something to say about themselves as an introduction. These statuses are normally what attract members to add other members as friends. It is like a "must do" thing before you add picture, writing or completing your profiles.
Some wrote long introduction about themselves, some put in short introduction. There are members who wrote some nonsense introduction like: I love Jing, Kurtis loves Georgia, Helen is waiting for Steve. My thought for this kind of status would be: ah, children!
Some quoted a poem to show how they feel those days or to show they are a romantic. Some created a poem which sometimes hard to understand.
Still, there is a kind of introduction that tickles me to response unkindly. When people wrote something like: I am a nice and cute girl, I am a shy girl, I am a very busy businessman, etc. Who and how many people said that you are nice and cute? You are not shy when you can say you are a shy girl. Why did you waste your time joining messengers if you are a very busy and successful businessman? Funny.
I prefer it more when people put in: I am a selfish guy, I am a bad woman, I am as ugly as a toad. These kind of people know their own drawbacks and try to tell people in advance so they won't be disappointed later on. Often, you find these people are nicer and kinder than what they assessed of their own characters.
