i pray the lord my.. hair.. to keep..?
being on a recent rejuvination recouperation stint of my own, i found this article interesting to say the least. my oldest daughter has been losing her hair lately, and cant seem to find the cause of it. mayhaps.. she needs a little bit more shut-eye

do you make sure you get yer needed nods ay night? or do you simply grab a couple hours nap before dawn and feel its sufficient?

There are usually several factors leading to hair loss and if you look on Suite101 (several good well-researched articles about treating hair loss). What is your daughter's diet like? Is she healthy? It may be worth getting her iron levels checked as young women with low iron levels tend to suffer from more hair shedding. Increasing iron in the diet is easy- she should drink orange juice or other foods with high vitamin C levels while eating iron rich foods to boost iron absorption.
I tend to sleep well now I go to bed when tired and get around eight hours a night.

I think eat some food which good for hair may help! Or ask docotr to help!

I hadn't heard of that one. I have trouble with hair loss, but I'm older and (even women's) hair can get thin with age. There are several other reasons one can lose hair, including overall health.
If your daughter seems to get enough sleep and none of the other reasons sound plausible, there is an herbal remedy that I've used with great satisfaction. It's called "Nisim" and it's available on the internet, the only place I've found it. It works for me, but it's a specific treatment for a certain type of oil gland output.

i really take my full sleep and even i have some psychological problem with me some time when i am not able to sleep for hours i am looking for i feel that something i have missed and i really need to sleep , this thing some time create problems for me and i really don’t like my this state of sleep. what ever.
