It is a fact that every first job is a low-paying job. As one gets experienced, pay increases. If you are not satisfied with your current job, and since you have been there for a full year, you can apply at another place and discuss you pay as now you have experience.

I Understand how you feel. Knowing that this is your first job and a fresh grad, you're still very idealistic about everything. Yes, you can stay so long as you want. Learn a lot till you feel you're ready to leave for a better pay, much challenging job and with a much stable company. Things change as you get older. What matters is you should always know what you really wanted and you know that you stay because this is what makes you happy. Good luck in your career!

If i were you, i'd leave the company. Firstly, the company is in trouble. Second, the company pays low. So why are you staying in the company? Look for a new job before the company falls.

Well - getting a job is a lucky one for the first time because you shall be earning something without wasting time.
I would have accepted that but as days go by our mind gets changed because of our wandering dreams and comparing others.
Staying here I would aim for a better job - but it all depends on so many aspects.
