Can I collect unemployment with a part time job in the state of mississppi?

I know this girl who has a part time job that i may get 50 hours per month, and she get paid once a month. Her full time job may be closing soon. She signed independent contractor forms but are still paid hourly and dictated to. She started getting taxes taken out of my check this year. would She still be able to get unemployment?
