exercise after pregnancy

I'm eight month after I was pregnant:) I already lose 20 kilo so it is good things. I had big belly and my skin was elastic . So I start doing exercise call 6 weider and even help but not precisely . I sill have some fat on the lower part of belly. My question do you know good exercise whose can help. But exercise whose I can make in home because I don't have time to go to gym and money :) So I will be grateful for your advice .

Liek you, I just gave birth 5mos ago. What I did was to purchase a DVD of hip hop abs which is really effective. I hope that works on you as well.

hip hop abs I didn't hear about this . But I think this exercise I more for lose weight, or maybe I'm wrong? I don't want lose more weight I don't want disappear . I want just strange my lower part of belly . So does any body know some good exercise? I have one month more to my vacation do I make it?
