Do you ever feel this way, too? For example, when signing up for a new email or something - I CONSTANTLY struggle with being able to read captchas.
Captchas are jumbled words and numbers/symbols used to "detect" if we're an ACTUAL person signing up for a service, rather than an automated computer "robot" (this is how I understand it, anyway).
But usually, when I have to type them in - they're either TOO jumbled, too close together, or too distorted for me to even read. It usually takes at least 3 tries with most captchas to actually get them right.
So - I am a human being, but can't read half of the captchas I get! What's up with that?
Does anyone else feel the same way - or am I crazy?

a huge great big YES! get on that soapbox and i'll clap and cheer!
It's the letter 'r' that gets me most times,
is that an 'r' and a 'n'
or a 'm'
or an 'i' and a 'n'.
If it has what could be an r in it i reload!
there must be a better way of doing it than this, is this really the simplist way of checking. other sites have things mached for you to chose from, of slightly more risky but so worth it.
What annoys me most is the badly constructed sites which reload blanking all the fields when you get it wrong!! 'arhhhhhh' basically!

I have this problem also, it often take 3 or more times to get it right. Sometimes I have even given up in frustration, feeling it just isn't worth the bother.
