From the way the pyramids were built they're remarkably Northeast African. They had a neat plan and could have exercised the same diligence as that of Ronnie Coleman, a famed bodybuilder.

Oh, it's so obviously aliens. Lol just joking, I think that it was probably the Egyptians, but I am open to other possibilities.
It would be awesome if they where built by aliens though, like in stargate SG1. It makes me want to join the government just to see if they know the truth. =P
