im new myself, I did as you did and just posted that i needed friends and that i was new. all you have to do is go to a persons profile and addd them as a friend and then they will either approve or deny, kinda just like myspace

hello chelleshey! Making friends here is good and they really help you a lot. I too myself posted a discussion like this when I was a newbie here and many did respond to my discussion. Having a lot of friends here is a great advantage for every time you start a discussion, your friends will easily notice it and will respond to them. More discussions, more responses, more earnings! I am also quite new here. It is really fun here in mylot. There are a lot of nice people here. A lot Filipino as well.

I've also recently joined this site, and I must say it's quite friendly, from many points of view. :D Having online friends is an interesting thing these days... you get to know stuff you couldn't have possibly known 10-20 years ago unless you go traveling for a while. There's also plenty of help you can get from such friends, from traveling suggestions to... I dunno, maybe even personal life hints, if you get close enough. :P Well, these being said, I'd like to be anyone's friend that has a mutual feeling. :P
