Best Sci-fi movies!

hey friends!I am in a mood to watch all the great sci-fi movies this week.can you suggest me the best ones of the 21st century.please do so because in a month or so my college classes will commence and then i'll get busy with studies.sci-fi is my favorite genre and i guess its the same with most of you.the last sci-fi movie i watched was Legion i guess.which was the last sci-fi movie you watched?

I'm not much into sci-fi movies.. haha =D Actually i find them boring, and not even exciting, and i dunno what makes it appealing to others.. hehe ^_^ I cant recommend u any, except for those old movies such as spy kids, back to the future etc.. haha =D
UNless avatar is a sci-fi movie too, only then i will definitely be recommending u to watch that.. haha

I suggest that you don't have to limit the movie in this decade only. There are a lot of good sci-fi movies of the past. But then I will give you sci-fi movies which in my opinion the best of this decade. Star Trek, Moon, Wall-E, Children of Men,V for Vendetta, Donnie Darko, District 9, The Man from Earth, Primer, The Fountain, Solaris, Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind, A.I.,Avatar.Minority Report, Serenity, Star Wars Revenge of the Sith, The Matrix Reloaded, The Prestige, The Road.
