Who appointed these people? Oh, yeah it was President Obama. Maybe Posner should enter China illegally and suffer the repercussions before he opens his mouth. At the very least, he could read the Arizona bill. It seems this administration has forgotten the fine art of reading.

Oh really, my theory is that they have forgotten how to read actual words on actual paper. Haha

just because there are human rights abuses in other countries does not mean it is ok for them to happen or be caused by yours. china has got a terrible record in this department. it is saddening that the us is on the list of countries that human rights organisations keep an eye on but things seem to be improving there. rather than doing the 'you do this too' thing like a five year old china should be looking at its own backyard.

I agree China needs to look to itself first. But ya know JB, the law does NOT violate rights. It is a simple straight forward law. Even someone like me can understand it!

I know you didnt, I am just getting a bit pissy about people saying it does. I agree, there are far more important things to bytch about!

i never said it did. i'll leave that to your squabbling states. it is not an abuse of human rights at all as far as i can tell. there are far more serious things going on the world than this.

Obama is against the Arizona Bill. China loves Oba-mao. China is against anything Oba-mao does not like/want/approve of!

Well China knows all about human rights violations. They've managed to perfect them. The Arizona law doesn't violate any *human* rights, and the guy would know that if he read it.

Ummm...we are trying to deport law breaking illegals...how is taht against human rights? There is NOT a human rights law that says just anyone can come live in the US without going through proper immigration procedures. China or any other country can say whatever it wants...it does not make it true.. Also all these other countries have stricter immigrationn laws than we do...and they actually enforce theirs..which we don't do a good job of. So I say shut up China.

The Arizona imigration law is a racist law at best. From what I understand the cops can ask for your papers at anytime in Arizona now. What is this a Nazi country!

Have you read the law? Because no they ant just walk around asking people for papers. Before you pass judgment on the law, please read it. I know our lawmakers like to pass crap with out reading it, but lets be better than them

wtf ? where to fly ? id go to fiji. oh papa bear is hot today, zap. ok im done, i dont really know to much about posner and couldnt pull up the video but i'll check again later. im thinking he's like the rest running his mouth before reading the bill just like that idiot who wanted to bring the sheik to n.y.c. for trial, and wants to read them rights, erik holder. i was watching him sunday dig himself deeper into oblivion. lets see, no illegals or killing millions of chinese like mao and his other cohorts during the revolutions in china... yeah thats the same !!!! i truly dont think the obama admin know's how to read, they never read anything first, but they still keep flappin their lips digging themselves deeper and deeper. but i must say ole hillary never opens her mouth unless she knows what she is talking about, now she's a class act and why she became part of this admin still boggles my mind. maybe thats why we dont hear or see to much about her, because she outshines them all.

There may be more truth to that then you know! Essentially, in the video, Posner BRINGS up the subject of Arizonas law. Then goes on to say bad things about it violating rights. I agree, he probably has not read it. I get more and more worried daily.

China's been criticizing the US over human rights ever since Bush authorized torture. The annual dialog has been part of the US annual human rights report release. The dialog goes something like this: USA: China violates human rights. China: Look who's talking.

China can argue the point all day, but why in the world would Posner offer up info. On a state issue no less.

Posner needs to get his a** kicked. And I'll volunteer to take the first kick. Obama, if you don't like the AZ law then fix the problem! Man, I don't know if I can wait for 2012...
