Working and Having the Energy

With the hassle of daily life, work, and going to university, I cannot seem to get the recommended 7 hours of sleep. After a long day, the next day I have to get up early and I feel so sluggish.
I was wondering, especially to you full time workers out there, how do people manage to get through the day with good energy and still have enough time for themselves later on? Is there like a method, health regime or drink to help you be energized throughout the day?

I have yet to figure this out myself because I have the same exact problem. I've struggled with this for quite some time. I've tried going to bed earlier, exercising so I'm more tired at night so I can sleep better, that kind of thing but nothing seems to help.

Well, at least you're fit, since you exercise at night. Falling asleep is no problem to me. Do you read books? I usually read a nice book before I fall asleep. Or take a warm bath.
I also heard that eating cookies + warm milk would make you sleep faster. It actually worked for me. Maybe you can try that.

hi,kikotay:
if you have not sleep enough, you definily will be sluggish.money is important, but the health is more important.if it's possibe, don't have long time work.and then you will have a good rest and you will not get sluggish.
