is that correct? hmmmh .. deserve much of the incident gas tube 3 kg which exploded. I think this is due to ignorance of the customers in installing rubber gas tube. This omission of Pertamina which most stupid and Pertamina must responsible for this

It never happened to me as our Petronas have done a really good job. I wonder you could have a 3kg gas size because ours is 14kg. I really thing that I should suggest this matter to petronas so that we could have smaller size of gas tank. It is easy to carry and economically save.

I faced this problem almost every time I change my gas tube. Black rubber seal should be provided by Gas Distributor and should be changed every time they refill the gas. The fact, they never change them with the new ones. I usually take the good seal from the empty tube before exchange it to fulfill tube. By doing this, the empty tube will not contain seal and I hope the distributor will set it up with good one. I always have back up good rubber seal some pieces. Do you want one? I will give you with pleasure... LOL

i think you should take out the rubber first before you change with the new one so you have extra rubber. if the new one has a good rubber you don't have to change it but if it is bad you can change with your extra rubber. I don't use a 3 kg size of gas so i don't have any experience like you have. i use a 12 kg size of gas and it is so far so good. I mean i don't have to buy the rubber. nice post

I would hope that all the rubber is good and that it would be fair. It should be good rubber and if not who changed it then? I would be upset also if I bought 3kg of gas and it wasn't good rubber. Why would I not be able to determine this before the transaction? I would hope that would not be a problem.

If I am buying the same rubber as you isn't that fare? I would hope it is good rubber. Why would I want to change any other rubber whether it is good or not? I would hope that in buying the 3kg of gas that you understand that and that that was all something you could understand.

yes, I also have to prepare the rubber, each change their gas. Now every time I want to change their, I took the rubber in the gas tube. so I can save rubber. sometimes I also forget to take the first rubber in gas cylinders. a bit troublesome, but for security it does not matter.
