I don't want to talk to anybody and I want to be alone. I don't even check my email, my facebook, my lot, my PTC, etc.......

hi....speedy ...every one in the real life hard to avoid from some kind of the sdaness in their tedious everyday life...i hold the opinion that must people should suffer from the unhappy mood and whatever happened to him...i am not except too...so my advises to you must be straining to forget that made you low mood things and try to more with your best friends to call and another crucial way is not let you alone from other people ...and excersie is a best way to reduce your suffering...so have a smile day .

HI OyGak,
Thanks for the advise. Yes, I really need to get out and have exercise. You, are right. We just moved here on my father's place. I've been here for 1 year now, but I don't have friends yet that I can visit or talk with. I always stay in the house, whole day long, except when i need to go to the store and buy something or i will go to the church. I am tired of chatting too. Just lot of weird people around the net. I really appreciate your advice...Thanks again and God bless.

Some people get like this, and sometimes it can happen for no particular reason. My advise to you, would be to try and do something to keep you busy, like cleaning or something like that, sometimes it helps to take your mind of things, because you have another focus. If it gets that bad it would be worth talking to your Dr. because sometimes there are things they can do, not just give out pills. Also going for a walk somewhere on your own could help, a bit of fresh air and some sunshine would do you good.

Depression is when we felt so all alone.
It is normal when you think you are too much drowned with sadness and loneliness.
You must overcome it by going out, listening to fast music (not love songs or ballads)
You need to help yourself overcome with it,it's not good to entertain depression.
When you are used to being alone, sooner you will get used to it,and, you will find yourself confined to your own world.
So,better let it out,cry out loud, shout,do whatever to ease your feeling.
No one can help you,but you, yourself alone.
