Not everyday, but very often during the week. It depends where I am, what I am doing and who I meet.

Honestly speaking i try to avoid it to the extent i can avoid it. But where it is in evitable to speak in English i do. I personally feel my self very much formal when i speak in english and i dont find my self comfortable with that.

No i dont, i speak english only at internet website because i am spanish so anyone speak english here, i usually practice english on mylot in order to improve it, have a great day on mylot!

i have to speak english everyday for my work because i work in hotel as reception manager with a lot of english spoken clients as englishes, americans,australians, and people from other countries use to speak english as main language

Well, yes. My grandma spoke Polish, Hungarian,German(high & low), and Slavic. My mom didn't like it so she didn't teach us. I feel cheated because it would be good to know and it was/is part of my heritage.
