recently I feel not good because of something that i din't know the cause

I don't know why but recently i got bad mood because of nothing. I always feel that my live today is worse than the previous days. My friend don't see it. I feel it everyday in my live, and i always try to find the cause. Sometimes i entertaining my self to remove that feel but it always come and come again. What should i do? I need your help....

Learn to accept something that you already have, said Anna Ahira, no place is best for you other than where you stand today. So if you can not change your environment, change your attitude, if you can not change your attitude, reading books about self-development. I believe that it can help.

I will tell you what I do whenever I feel depressed. I watch cartoons. This alone cheers me up. I go on a long drive, meet friends, and talk to my grand children. Then thank God for everything and say to myself that life is so beautiful. Always see the brighter side of things. Do not entertain negative thoughts. They seem to return again and again like uninvited guests. More you entertain them longer they would stay. If you do not entertain them, they will not come back.

Settle down, take a deep breath and relax. Maybe it's just because of stress. One of my colleages has the same issue. She gets angry for no reason. I thought it was just her period but it wasn't. I told her to just sit down and relax and she just said it all went away.

Just take a long break from a daily schedule and go on a vacation with your loved ones. Sometimes by monotonous life it happens. Nothing to worry about and it is the feeling which only you will be able to know. Try out a vacation or a long weekend... It will help

I think you need to get an inspiration. Look for a special someone. Or better yet, go to church and ask for guidance. Having friends to talk to is also nice. But not you're EMO friends. Try to avoid them for now. Go out with your bubbly and happy friends. A positive attitude would surely help you think better.
