Helping the Environment?

I don't think we do so bad. I recycle plastic, glass, cans and paper; our wildlife and pets use any left over food( not that there is much with my son around!!) I use my own bags for shopping and use freecycle.

I certainly feel everyone should try to recycle as much as they can and I am very good when it comes to recycling glass, bottles, tins, paper, etc. I also reuse carrier bags and pass on things to charity shops or Freecycle rather than throwing them away (unless they are broken or no good to anyone). I think the key is down to big businesses though, things like turning off their lights when no-one is in the office, that kind of thing helps much more than my little bit - but at least I am doing my little bit!!

i try my best to live in an eco-friendly manner. i use energy efficient CFLs for our lights, unplug appliances and turn off lights when not i use. avoid using plastic materials, patronize organic products, minimize waste of water, hmm, what else. recycle and minimize use of paper and plastic too. cheers and happy myLotting!
