well friends to tell it clearely here the way to realize the money after maturity of negotiable instrument like bonds,policies,shares the system is very very messy and difficult!for eg my father died and my mother is entiltled for everything,like wise some bonds are to be transfered in her name as the cheque came in name of my mother!!now the process which we have to go is so lenghty that i am sick and tired of the procedure!!what is your country mode??
