Send money to your bank account via Paypal EON debit Card? (For Filipinos)

I am using EON debit card and I am aware it's very easy for us to just withdraw. But withdrawing to your debit card will cost you $5. How about If we withdraw it in the bank account and that would only cost about 50 pesos. I mean to unionbank EON bank account? like this : Bank name: UNION BANK OF THE PHILS Bank code: 010419995 Account number:............... Re-enter account number:.................. Im not really sure of this idea but maybe you could tell me if this method works? Has anyone tried it?
