they said that Binay cheated

Hello Mimiang, Hmmmm. the same method of producing witness that they produced about destroying the crdibility of GMA by accusing them the rival network paying household 10 dollars worth of groceries just to watch GMA 7. they knew binay is winning so they wanna pick up any news and spice it up, even though the Evidence is not clear. anything to discredit binay ang uplift Roxas My mind is set already that ABS is an editorialized news. as for me, they just lost credibility.

I believe there are always two sides of the coin and that if there is a smoke, there is a fire. The COMELEC should investigate this allegation. I was also wondering how Binay topped the the vice-presidency, but looking back at his track record, it seems he has done many good things for the people especially for the Makati residents. Perhaps their votes helped him and perhaps not. We still don't know for sure so it's best to conduct an open investigation about this and the person the ABS CBN produced as a witness for this should face the media and the court. I don't know if it's just black propaganda against Binay or Noynoy. Let's just wait and see what happens next...

i think this is just a malicious intention. I mean, why would villar not want to win, if he could? ha ha with all the money he brought out for his campaign, im sure if offered a chance like this, he would also take it. I think they are just trying to prove something and is trying to destroy the decision of the people in favor of binay's We have to look at the credential of the people who claims such and what their intentions may be? are they part of the technical team of smart-matic? are they even members of the governement bodies who can get close to the ballots and flashcards for them to be able to manipulate results?

This is not a surprise for me since there will always be people who will do whatever it takes to get an advantage. I guess we should learn from this by solidifying our election system and reinforcing our resources. I think this can be countered by just opening the ballots and counting the votes manually.

GMA News also reported this, by the way. Well, my view of this recent development is that it is just a ploy to discredit the automated elections as well as a move by the losing candidates to discredit those that have reached the top spot in the Presidential elections. Had this been true, I wouldn't be surprised though.

Based on the surveys, Binay is not on top of the surveys during campaign period and now this. Not unless we take into consideration cheez's endorsement. Binay was also very sure that he'll win that he made a statement that the only way he could lose the elections is if he is cheated. Is there a connection? The accusations of the witness is very serious this could make or break the credicility of the whole automation process as far as the election is concerned. I hope they can resolve the issue and let heads roll if needed because it's very easy for people to make this a political issue and the moment people look at it as something politically motivated all will lose interest and will turn apathetic.

The allegations are very serious indeed. The sudden rise of Binay is also very surprising that Binay got to the top. The surveys were not expecting it to be like that even though they cannot be relied on at this point in time. On the other hand, they can easily point on Binay because he is the one leading the counts and the could taint the results with their scandal. This should be investigated, because if proven to be true then at least we can be prepared next time and the politicians that put their trust to these person should be stopped at all cost.

Cheated the machine?? in what way? people just tend to say things like this because in the first place they have been losing in the polls. The reason why we have automated election is to get things easier and cheat free. COMELEC should be the one to investigate if someone says they can manipulate the machines. About Binay, well sorry to say but they just can't accept the fact that he is winning in the Vice Presidentiables. If you would ask me, I voted for him and most of my neighbors in Makati and even my relatives in Baguio and Laguna, most of them voted for Binay. I would never believe how much they said something bad about him because it was really us in Makati who can see the improvements he has done in our city, even if he has been back stabbed by his best friend. This is my own opinion, i respect other peoples opinion here. I am just sharing mine, peace to all.

Well they have to investigate for it first. But the idea is that that witness claim that he expose that conspiracy just because those candidates that they help to win the election DID NOT pay them. And for that he is the star witness. That's too bad.

we know how dirty our politics is so it's not surprising that issues like that show. i think it just came up to ruin binay. are we sure that it is true? or didn't most of politicians buy votes? i hope that the truth to come and punish the people who should be punished. politicians should also accept who the people voted for and help each other instead of fighting each other.

much as i hate to spoil our praise at our recent automated elections, this news really watered down my hopes of a clean elections. and i'm not really surprised about binay. i was actually surprised that he was leading. nevertheless, where there is smoke there is fire, so i really really hope the Comelec will investigate this further. we dont want a cheating high official, not this time at least. we need to move forward and lets hope that the new admin will prove to us that there really is hope for our country.

Proper investigation should take place. Everyone is entitled for a good election and now it was not as clean that everyone expected to be. But, we must not judge Binay that the allegedly manipulation is credited to him. The COMELEC hav ethe power and they must solved this issue because the people will suffer.

I also do not believe everything that he said. Why can't the losers just accept that they lose and just support the winners? Without a hard evidence or proof that they can easily manipulate the election result then all I can say is this man is a con.

I'm not really sure about that but I'm not convince that someone like Binay would advocate cheating. Binay himself do not need to cheat. Why would he? When everyone knows that he has a good chance in winning. He has a very good track record and why he would just put it into waste? Those witnesses are not only destroying the image of one of the most recognize mayor in the whole world, but they are smearing the credibility of the Comelec itself. I agree with you that they should investigate the motives of those people. This issue may be true or not, but it is an issue that will not make you happy, nor will not make proud.
