How to increase hight?

Hi, My age is 23 yrs. I live in India. My hight is only 5.6 feet and I want to increase my hight. I have an average physique. I have not done lot of efforts to increase hight when I was in growing age. Now I feel that my hight is not good and I have to increase it. Now my question is - Is it possible to increase hight in this age? Are there any medicine or exercises which will help me to increase my hight? Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

Hi Washer! You have to be thankful with waht you have dude. I barely reach 5 feet and I'm thankful. I think it make me look younger. ;)
