Medical stores, Pharmacy. Can you get any medicine you want?

Hola! :) Where I live, its easy to get any medicine you want, without any medical prescription. There are strict laws but most of the people just, go into the stores and ask for almost any medicine they wish. Yes, if you ask for anti-depressant or chloroform etc, them you must be know the answers to certain questions, like, "What do you intend to do with chloroform?" Ans "Dissection of frog...my younger brother..school..at home" etc Most of the people are their own doctors in common disease, like cold, flu, headache, loose motions, constipation etc. What do you about... where you live? Is it good? I think it is! :)
