What are your plans for the summer?

hi ctrymuziklve no plans as no money so I am just mylotting, visiting with my friends here,.go shopping occasionally not very scintillating compared to others plans but I am partly physically handicapped and living on a very tight budget.oh my gosh Long Beach, I am in 'southern california too, live in Garden Grove,ever this way again come say hi to me. If you do get over this way again, pm me and I will give you my address. I have never met any of my friends on my lot so would welcome anyone who might be coming by here. Wish I could take a trip. lol

I have a lot of potential plans for the summer. For one, I hope to find a job but I've also been looking for the past 3 years and I don't think that I could find one. My uncle and aunt is also visiting for the summer so we might go on vacation together. Also summer school is a possibility and I still have time to sign up. Enjoy the summer everyone.

I leave next Monday for Arizona to see my daughter and her family for two weeks. My grandson is graduating from high school..I am so excited! In July I am going to spend five days with my best friend in Wisconsin....and the end of July my daughter and granddaughter from New York are coming to see me for two weeks...it will be one busy summer...maybe someday soon you'll be able to take a trip!

Right now, no. My vacation is in August and my boyfriend and I were talking about that here not too long ago. We might end up having a staycation because the gas prices may be too high by that time. Or we might end up four hours south, which is were we both have family at. Definitely not too much. With me, I would rather stay home. I'm seem to becoming more of a homebody and not like traveling.

In my part of the world, summer is comming to an end. For most people of the metro, it's time to hit the beach or go to cooler places. As for me, I've travelled during the Holy Week to Ilocos, one of the tourist destinations in the Philippines. Also, we had a roadtrip to go to a fall somewhere in Quezon and enjoyed the cool waters. I've enjoyed these trips as they are welcome breaks to my normal activities. Other than that, it's pretty much work and home for me.

The summer happening a bit earlier than in most parts of the world, we've already planned it and done it :) The family planned a beach trip that started on Easter Sunday and ended the following Tuesday. I had a show on Easter, so I had to go on my own "adventure" in taking public transportation to go to a meeting point so I could be picked up. Thankfully, I was safe. A second trip happened just this weekend. We went up to a summer place where it's colder than the rest of the country. We were able to get a discount price at a nice hotel and we were able to snag a nice accommodation: a 2-room hotel suite with a huge discount! A third family thing we'll be doing is availing of another hotel voucher involving a buffet dinner. It's going be my birthday soon, as well as an uncle's, so this gives us a reason to celebrate. Yay summers and families!

I'm not really sure at ths point..Once I know what kind of money I'll have to work with it'll be easier to decide what we'll do...I know the kids and I still want to go to California...we want to go back to Canada a few times and have the end of summer party here at my place as well...Oh and we're of course doin the Erie County Fair again this yr YAY....Other tha that though I really dont know whats goin on..

we will be doing some stay vacations around our area and going up north to an aunt and uncles cottage for some time.

Oh how I would love to go on vacation somewhere. I'm completely broke, and still can't find work anywhere here so it's out of the question for me. The last time I went on vacation we rented a cabin and myself and two daughters went along with some friends. It was soooooo much fun, and the cabin was huge. It was actually called "The Lodge" with a huge fireplace, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a big kitchen. Just great. It wasn't fancy like it sounds, just a regular old cabin but the lake was only about 100 feet away, and they had a patio type area where we could cook outside and burn our fires at night. I absolutely loved it. And with splitting the amount it cost, and splitting food costs, it was a great vacation for about $300.00 for one full week. Can't beat the price, and there was tons of things to do. I wish I would win the lottery right now, pay for everyone, and repeat that fun time, lol!

I have no exciting just yet. I just resigned from my job as a costumer support agent to continue my studies. My school has no summer vacations so it's schooling nonstop for me this summer. Maybe go out w/ friends once in a while. When i get another stable job i'll be planning some massive trip to a nice place. I'm not sure yet where though. lol.

Hi, The summer vacation has gone far far away from me ,coz I'm no longer a student in campus now,I have to earn my bread by my hands. Actually,I have no plan involved with trip and excursion in this summer,what I coould do is adapt myself to the new responsibility I will take this summer and find funny thing during the work to get rid of boring , what's the more important,learn the concerned technology and skill in the field I work in to get enough qualifications to change a job next year... this summer,i can do nothing but work every day, so there's no vacation or trip for me. but i like vacation, when i was a student a few years ago, i'd like to go what i want to go, and i like the sea, so i'd like to go coastal cities. no regular plan and of course no much money. i think when i was older i would enjoy my life again.
