hi,
Recently i started to download and watch Hollywood movies with subtitles.so i now need a list of great movies so that i can download and watch.please provide me with your favorite English movies name.I had watched only a few.please provide romantic,thrillers and also all genders best movies .

Last year, I watched two great movies.. one is Slum Dog Millionaire (i think it's considered a Hollywood movie).. and the other one is Departures (a Japanese movie and it won the best foreign movie in the Oscars last year). Both are touching in their own ways.

I would recommend great Hollywood musicals like Calamity Jane, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and The Sound of Music. Then some good Hitchcock thrillers like Frenzy, The Birds and North by Northwest. I also love 1930s Universal horror like Dracula (starring Bela Lugosi), Frankenstein (Baoris Karloff) and The Wolf Man. There are some wonderful silent films out too, which you can usually find easily - It (Clara Bow), Pandora's Box (Louise Brooks), Nosferatu and The Lost World, for example.

Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs are great and don't forget The Green Mile, another wonderful film.
