Ever since I can remember, I've had sweaty palms, feet, and underarms. I've tried many antiperspirants but these didn't work. I find this condition very humiliating and frustrating. And now, my 3-yr-old son also has sweaty palms! Does anyone have hyperhidrosis too? How can this be alleviated without surgery?

I read an article about this not to long ago, it said to avoid spicy foods and warm liquids, such as coffee and such. Not much info but I hope it helps a little and as for your son i would deffinately discuss that with a doctor

hi water girl I would take my son and myself to your family doctor
and tell him about your sweating problem as I know they have medications to control that but a doctor has to prescribe them. it would really
be worth it to you as it must be annoying and also humiliating too.
so go see your doctor and get some much needed help
