why do you like chicken?

Hi, jijomathew. I do love to eat chicken. I love to eat it broil, baked and fried. It is just something about the way that the chicken taste after I eat it. I like chicken that is cooked well. Like KFC, Church's, and Bojangles chicken. I will eat my chicken that I cook at home. Or any other chicken that is done well too.

I like chicken because it is a cheap yet versatile meat. I can make it in different ways and many of them turn into real gourmet diners. I live alove so a whole chicken lasts a long time. I cut it up and freeze it for different uses except when I roast it whole. I always make it at home. When I´m invited out, I prefer to eat food I do not usually have at home.

There is this Indian dish called Tandoori Chicken Kabab.. In this dish the chicken is made into balls and then baked in an oven. I like this dish because it just tastes great with mint chutney (paste made from mint leaves). When I take a bite off it, the oil and other juices come out of it and mixes with the spices that are smeared on it. Together they just tingle my palate and I enjoy chicken for that reason. bourne

i like chicken cook by my own hands, chicken is so special because there are a lot of ways you can eat it and of course, almost every religion can eat it. i like it marinated in soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice and chopped garlic for 24 hours then use a what Chinese called "hanchihon" or powdered sweet potato for breading then deep fried. my grandfather is a Chinese and he is the one that teaches me how to cook, may he soul rest in peace. anyways.. i also liked chicken menudo and of course, the best, chicken adobo :D

Chicken is a favorite dish in my house. We love to eat is so many ways. With fresh chicken we like to make fried chicken. It is a crowd pleaser. For frozen chicken, we like chicken strips over chicken nuggets. Don't forget your barbecue for dipping your chicken, Nothing can beat making your own chicken over take out. I also like to cut up chicken to throw in my salads. Enjoy!
