Many times in our life, we feel so tired with some or all of the things we do. There are times when you can't appreciate all the beautiful things around you, there are times we self-pity, times when we almost give up. It is at this time where we feel like we want to shout "I AM SICKED AND TIRED!!!". Is this right? Is "I am Sicked and Tired" a word/phrase of expressions which is universally accepted and practiced?

Yes, sometimes those moments are certainly come to my life. In such an atmosphere when it comes usually I'll sit in the mosque and ponder what I was looking for? For who I am looking for it all? And finally I know that all is for my family. Once again and again, and by the time I have found the answer I returned eager, and forget the unpleasant atmosphere of the previous.

Yez we absolutely have the right to do that. But we are also obligated to seek consultation to an expert after claiming that right. If we fail to do so, then a sick leave might not be accepted. Every changes in our body could affect our mental and physical conditioning that's why we should not do things and just rest at times.

well,it's actually 'i am SICK and TIRED'. i think it's alright to say it if it's what you really fell. it's worse if you just keep it inside, then you implode.
