I am working as an Accountant and I am a very busy person as in super busy. I am staying at the office for almost 12 hours. I sometimes pity my children for I really don't have time to personally assist them or attend to their needs. The only good thing is that they can comprehend. Even when we all know that Sunday is a rest day, still, many times I don't enjoy it. My boss will still call me up for special work, according to him. How about you MyLotters, how do you enjoy your Sunday as FAmily day?

First i can suggest you something. Free Advice :-) .Be assertive, tell your boss that u have some personal work on Sunday and keep your official number switched off on Sundays. Personal number, don't share with any of your colleagues or boss, its only for friends and relatives. This is something that i follow and fortunately, my boss is a good guy he insist me to take regular breaks from job and won't disturb me on Sunday for sure.. although even if he wants to, i won't give a chance :-P.

HI, I think your boss is mean. Your boss should'nt call you for work on Sunday. I spend my Sunday at home with my family. I enjoy with my family we go to different places to visit such as somtimes picnics, museum,or going to cenima to watch a movie. My wife cooks special food on Sundays. Its fun to stay and enjoy with your family on Sunday at home.

As far as I am concerned, I think in my family there is no a day called family day. For the sunday , I just regard it as my relaxing day, when U can enjoy myself the whole long day. On sunday, I think I can play computer and do something which I think I can enjoy myself and relax myself a lot.

Well not always. A a busy college student, we don't enjoy Sundays, because it means preparation for the long week ahead. Fridays are better since it means no class at Saturdays and Sundays. Also during this days, family week is quite rare due to the demands of life. Almost all the countries in the globe is on global crisis

when i was still living with my parents, Sunday is our family day. We go to mass together, go to the mall or any place we fancied, and have meals together (well we always have meals together). when i got married, our family days are those days when my husband is at home, since he works abroad most of the year. we try to go out as a family as often as possible, and sneak in our dates in between our family days.

Sunday is a day of relaxation mostly for my husband and I. We like to make Sunday the day that we stay home and just relax. Typically the rest of the week is just so busy and we're always running, so it's nice to have that one day where you don't have any plans or have to be anywhere!

Since I am divorced, there is no one to spend any day with, so I just more or less take it easy on the weekends, especially Saturday, as I don't come in here at allo, as that is the day of rest for me. I go to church on that day, and come home and rest or maybe i will watch religious videos, as I do have some of those, of which my favorite is Jesus of Nazareth. Anyway, beings I am alone, I do miss spending time with my family. I only do that on special occasions. My son will take me out fo my birthday, and Mothers Day, and of course there are the holidays, and my grand kids birthdays. Most generally I am home and I do enjoy being home as well, as I spend quite time with my dogs and go for walks. Take care, and happy mylotting.
