Which Person would you prefer to rule in your country?

Which person would you prefer to rule in your country? A person that is brilliant and a graduate of a prestige school and universities having awards and honors. Or an ordinary person that has a heart to serve. Which of them do you prefer?

I'll prefer someone who has pure intention to help the country. It doesn't matter if he/she is reach or poor or came from known universities, as long as he's/she's not corrupt and love the country, but the president needs to be smart on his/her decision cause it will make a big big difference.
