I don't know that site but when they require me to install a toolbar I always suspect its a trojan or a virus. So its better safe than sorry. But you can try googling it. Try searching for that toolbar then append "virus" or "trojan".

From my experience I can tell you that this site is legit and to earn money you just have to install the banner which shows adds (each add gives you points). At the end of every month points are exchanged to $.
