Do U Loose UR Temper On Mylotters ??? R U Prefer to Stay Calm ???

I've been a mylot member for quite some time and though there have been a few times that there have been things that other people have said that will hurt my feelings or hurt my pride, I really cannot think of a single time that I have lost my temper with another mylotter. The reason that this is the case is because of the fact that I realize that all people are entitled to have different opinions and you can't really fight over opinions.

I don't believe that I have lost my temper, but have gotten very frustrated a time or two. I really enjoy mylot and sometimes need to vent about something and usually can find a topic relating to my irritabilty, since there are so many discussions to choose from. I really don't like to see those discussions that get out of hand just because some people can't listen to another point of view. Happy Mylotting!!!

Loosing temper on others in the virtual world sounds silly but I have to admit I can be an ogress at times when people start personal attack on me and name calling. I couldn't content my anger when these people take matters into their own hands and start hauling abusive words and making mockery of one's intelligence. This is stupidity which deserve the lashing of a spiky tongue. Otherwise I am quite a sober-minded person with angelic nature if unprovoked.

I don't lose my temper anywhere. I'm not even sure that I've got one to lose. I was in a bad incident offline a few years back when someone was wild at me because I wouldn't lose my temper now matter how hard he tried. I was on the sofa just listening and not arguing back and he got so wild that he was about to throw his slipper at me. I just kept on staring and just an instant before he let go of it, he realised the damage that he would have caused I do the same online. No point in arguing. As soon as tempers start heating up and one or other starts raising their voice and harsh words begun spurting out, something is broken that can never be repaired You want to argue? Ok, go ahead... then we get to make up later right?

I just lost mine with you, but the brat that you are you never realize! Kidding. I dont think I lose temper here as much as I do in real life. I may get into second gear for a couple of posts but not for long. :) Actually, it is easier to put my point across rationally. And since emotions are not involved that is easier. So losing temper is not that easy out here. What do you think? I did tease one girl and I felt so sorry. In all I had somewhat an argument with a. TT, (we continue to be good friends) b. Misterwit (He is weird and still a good friend) c. Vanillaray (I think she didnt take it on chin), d. Owlwings (I dont know the status e. One more lady I really dont remember her name. No - I dont think I am cut up with them, or they are cut up with me. :) Either they are very forgiving, or I am very shameless.

Stay Calm, when I go to relax and play online games, I usually encounter people fighting or trashtalking me if their really angry at me I think I won because I'm at home laughing or probably smiling and their in their home raging. Who wins? I say I did. :D

I prefer to stay cool and calm whilst spending time here in myLot. Why should I spoil my day by getting annoyed or angry with what someone else has written, especially if I have never met them. Everyone is allowed to have their own personal opinions on and subject or topic of discussion, so just let them get on with it. Live and let live. If something annoys you so much just move on to another discussion, life's to short. Stay cool, and have a great time here in myLot.

Dadgum it why are you asking such a question? OK seriously, I have almost never lost it with anybody. Usually when I do, it's because somebody is attacking a friend. But most of the time when I'm mad, I wait until I've calmed down a bit before replying. Cus if I don't, well you don't want to know...

I would never even think about losing my temper on here. Who told you that I did? When I find out who it was that told you such a malicious and awful lie about me I will punch their lights out!

BB, i only lost my temper once. That was when that freaking idiot tried to take on one of my friends. But, it's not nice to do it. Everyone has their own opinion and not all of us think the same. That should always be kept in mind. TATA.

Mylot is a wonderful site, we are all friends and like family members, till today i have not shown my anger on any member.. some times i don't like some responses or some comments, i tackle very wisely, life is short, why quarrel here? Thanks for sharing. Welcome always. Cheers. Prof

Mylot is the place where you can espresso anger and also excuse persons - it is a play of words. Just words which are very powerful and makes wonders. Many good members are there here who by their soft and loving words go deep into others hearts. I do not lose my temper nor get angry but use soft and loving language.

hehe...i know what you mean i almost lost my temper a few days ago...i think. but i managed to stay all cool and calm i retreated into my place of 'zen' and took my necessary deep breaths.. and then my uncanny knowledgeable brain took over my wondrous fingers and started typing like there was no tomorrow.. i'm sure i didn't sound angry, but then that other user seems to be a bit silent already..

I have not lost my temper, I have the responsibility to choose the discussions I want to enter. If I allow another mylotter to make me angry or loose my temper than I believe that I am not acting as an adult. The emotions I display at mylot are my responsibility, not the other person.

hi sunnycool I keep mytemper as I do not respond to political discussions , and religious discussions as I have been there and got thoroughly trounced and flamed. I did not lose my temper I just hit the exclamation point and let my lot look at it and do whatever they wanted life is too short to stress out with some people here. I dont like to fight with people, I am too old to do that and prefer to have fun here and even laugh occasionally.

there were few times i really lost my temper with some co-mylotters. but most of the time, i just leave the box and forget about the conversation. the last time it happened to me, we ended in a heated discussion. but later on, we get back to normal conversation again and just forget what happened between us.

So far I have had bad experience with only one person who has been going round collecting sympathy about something I never said. When I saw how the whole thing was concocted I decided to stay away and not get into 'you are wrong, I am right' kind of a wordy warfare. Honestly such arguments are not worth spending time on. I just keep away from such people. I deal with those with whom I am comfortable and there is 'plenty of fish in the ocean to choose from'

Hahaha, you almost had me, thats one reason i sometimes refuse myself responding to your discussions, but i do LK at them from time to time.

Hi guys, I just got mad at someone in here a few hours ago and I really got mad because she was downright rude and keeps hitting below the belt and she called me defensive when I gave her a piece of my mind. She even called me "people like you" lolz you can check my latest discussion though that I kinda yelled at her and lost my cool. Well some people have lots of free time and some have to allocate time for everything, can't they respect boundaries and difference? If you want to post discussions be courteous and polite even when you disagree.
