It never cross my mind to try Indian food, but this time it is mandatory, because we have a "town hall" meeting from the place I work. And it was taken place at an Indian restaurant near our facility. After the presentation, we have a buffet style of lunch, and it was all Indian food. My favorite would be the rice with beef stew in curry sauce. My co - workers all in love with the chicken and the salad. We have a bountiful lunch, and it is not so bad at all. I might take my girlfriend to an Indian restaurant to try again.

Well, you cannot really call beef stew as an Indian food. The reason being, quite a number of people in India are vegetarians, and even people who take non vegetarian food, do not take, beef or for that matter pork.
This might be news to you, but, McDonalds do not serve a Ham burger or a beef burger in their outlets in India, it is either meat or chicken.Try some of our South Indian food, it is quite spicy.

Glad that you liked Indian food the first time you tasted it. Most of us are not really familiar with cuisines from other countries and at the first go, it might not suit our palate at all. Also, the cooking style of Indian food is completely different from western food preparation…it’s a lot more spicy, oily and sautéed hat brings out the taste of the spices…also the gravy is thick with spices and curd. It might not suit the inexperienced stomach LOL…but since all went off well with you and you’ll be taking your gf to more Indian restaurants, be sure to try out other dishes too. Indian food is simply mind-boggling in its variety and even Indians themselves living in India, don’t get the opportunity to taste all the different dishes of each state.
