Yesterday was terrible experience. My girlfriend and I decided to eat from our favorite restaurant, of course it was cheeseburger, because I am so hungry from our long travel to my uncle's house. So there we were, we entered as a third customer and we sat on the last row near the counter so they can serve us fast (my stomach is compalinig already). Then an order was made, to my surprise it was quick respond, so I order two cheeseburger( one burger which is mine is king size )and two coke. That's it plain and simple so our order can take quick actions. Then we waited our order and I was talking my girlfriend since the our order is not yet done. Then another customer enters and another and on and so fourth. I think there are 10 people is in the waiting pending their order and we are at the third. Then the order came but its not ours, it was a sphagetti and fries and its for the first customer. Then there was again, an ice cold shake for the second customer. Then again, a bowl of soup and a noodle for the fourth customer. And again, another sphagetti for the fifth customer. I am getting impatient the, because our order is not yet done (my stomach also grumpy). To my surprise, there was cheeseburger, its only one but its not for ours, its for the sixth customer. I said myself thinking, is this restaurant do not do as first come first serve basis. So I go to the counter and ask, where is our order? they said " in a minute. So I said, ok I'll wait. Then there was an order, a big juicy jumbo hotdog and fries. It smells so good that I want to take it and eat it, but its not our order, its the seventh customer. I said to myself, if the order is not yet done then am through in waiting (impatient already and frustrated). Then there was another order but it was only a burger and there are two. I thought its our, but again I was wrong, its for the ninth customer. So I waited about 5 minutes. After waited, I said I want to cancel my order (frowning face I had). Guess what happen. I the cashier which happen to be the branch supervisor said, our order is there already. I saw and checked, well it was still cooking. So i said frownly, We came here first then why are you serving who arrive after us? To my surprise, its the manager who is frowing and angry because I am impatient. (WHOOAH!, my heart.) To think its my fault? I'm their customer? It is how they treat their customer? So I said to them, no I lost my appetite and I will go somewhere better than this. Guess what, As I leave the place, there I can still hear them so negative and try to make me embarassed. I'm so disappoint, my stomach disappoint.( They the management thinks that I owe them an apology, No way I do).
How about you? what will you do this kind of attitude of the management.?
Is this a right treatment to their customers?

I guess you'll just have to find a new favorite restaurant. The way you were treated was absolutely wrong. You should have been given a free meal and a huge apology. Obviously someone goofed big time in not properly placing and "policing" your order. I doubt I would have been as patient as you were.
I can identify, though, as we had a similar experience, at least partially, just the other day. We went to a popular restaurant that we enjoy. They bring a "lagnipe", a "little something extra" as a free appetizer before the meal is served. We waited and waited, but none arrived. It seemed unusual.
Finally, our waitress appeared and walked over to the table next to us, where people had only just been seated and served them our food. Of course, we were aghast and they were surprised to receive this food before they had even ordered.
Perplexed and ready to speak out, we hesitated a bit, and a few minutes later, our waitress brought our food out. She apologized for the mistake she had made in giving it to the other table. Had she not apologized, we would have complained.
Later on, we heard the people that had been served our food talking to a couple of the other waitresses they knew about our waitress bringing them food just as they sat down and hadn't even ordered!
It happens.

I understand your situation and I think its just right that you left. You should have told the manager that he sucks and that he should be out managing things in the countryside rather than manage a store. I would also do the same thing you did when I see that other costumers already had there's. I dont think they are in the position to make you say sorry, they should be sorry.
