first of all you are not allowed to speak any other language here but english...and now to answer your question...you need to do it all here to get money...start interesting discussions,not silly ones...so you attract people and each response will bring you money so you don't havw to work that hard for it...and it is also reccomended to post as many comments as you can,but make them quality ones,that means not just a word or something...at least a phrase...this way people who liked your answer will check out your profile and answer to your discussions too..you also get money for answering to other people's topics but you don't get anything by replying to those who answered to your discussions..i do reply anyways because that makes people know that i am there and that i read and care about what they say and it also brings your discussion to the first page at least for a few minutes and other people can see it and respond...start by uploading an avatar first...people are also attracted if they see a nice image next to your name...and they will remember you more easily....i am not a big money maker here but i learned these things from experience..ah yes and don't forget to add images when you post a comment,this will bring you extra money..well i hope i helped a little..goodluck!!
