I never try this one before yet , I hope so I can go home to try this delicacy. I heard that it's really good . Is it salty taste if is I can't eat? Is that with meat or fish meat as well or just plain meat fry it or something?

Dencio's Sisig - Sisig.. a Filipino dish made from parts of a pig’s head and liver, usually seasoned with calamansi (Philippine lemon) and chili peppers.
I love sisig.. but not fish sisig.. although my mom said that the Bangus Sisig offered in Jollibee is good.. Anyway, I love the sizzling crispy sisig at Dencio's.. yum.. just thinking about it now makes me want to eat some.. I could probably ask my husband to bring home sisig for me.. =P
