Are there problems involved NeoBux?

Hi there, I've been looking around here and some say Neobux is having some problems, I don't know on which base though, but I'm kind of curious, is it having any problems at the moment?

Hi, I don`t think there is any problem with neobux, I`ve been activ for 6 months and there was no problem.

How much you can earn from Neobux? I tried with this site but never succeed, I didn't have enough referral, so payment was so low. And they don't supply me enough links to earn more. I like to know your experience.
