Society is all about rush in our daily activities we oftenrush throught tasks trying to get them done even while driving we speed to get to our location rushing to do business when the day is throught and we evaluate our day we realise it was crazy and the end of the day we are exhausted and stress out and we do not have time for what is important
We have to decide what is important and what we really want to do and spend our time with one must accept that they cannot do everything the way to do it is to single out the most important thing and get rid of what is not leve space between appointment and tasks it allows one to think on each one and gives space between them
It is very important to slow don and enjoy every task whatever one is doing slow down and enjoy the moment

We can live a simple and peaceful life if we are willing to do so because willingness is very important, if we are willing then nothing is impossible to achieve, we will find new ideas cropping up to help one live simple and peaceful. We just have to reconsider our way of living and change it to the better.

For me apply the simple eye attitude after that you feel good because no budget is much so you can save and not rush to find job because you don't have a money.

I am glad you noticed it. That's what we call "The Rat Race". It's the never-ending cycle of life's economic daily grind. The problem with the rat race, even if you win the race, you still end up a rat.

I truly believe that you will live s simple live peacefully if you are living in an environment that is free from harsh people and of course if somebody is not happy to put down other people. I cannot see the point how come others are really happy for offending other people but then they are the ones that are too sensitive in terms of emotions as in they don't want others to hurt them.

Yes, modern life is led at a fast pace which causes us much stress and makes us ill. If people are driving faster, it is dangerous too. Few appointments are worth risking your life for! I think people need time to slow down, to relax, to think and to daydream. It can be very healthy to have rest periods and "Me" time.

Great little reminder on finding peace. it reminds me of this analogy I came up with while watching a couple of bees flying around outside once.
The worker bees are like a well oiled machine. They go out and pollinate flowers, bring back the needed supplies to build and maintain the honeycomb. Even with this get things done mentality, they still find the time to goof off, and play around every once in a while. The understand that there is work to be done. They also understand that a little enjoyment goes a long way.

Enlist your likings and disliking, make a chart, define your goal. Then choose the works or habits that entertain you most, try to follow the routine. This will help you stay focused and entertained with work & happiness because small things bring happiness. Try to pray for some time everyday, it will help you to cut your pride and critical thoughts. And finally avoid parties and gatherings.
