if im a mad scientist, i would really invent a time machine. i love to have a time machine because i could change my mistakes from the past.

i would invent a bad memory electronic eraser to eraser the bad memories that happen to my life...

time machine ofcourse like the delorean from the back to the future movie.

Well since it's a hypothetical question I am guessing anything goes, even if it's impossible in the normal sense. Were not mad scientist so who are we to say what's impossible or not right. Hehe. I will probably go with a teleportation device. It would be nice to travel to anywhere in an instant.

haha.. that would be the reason that you'll be called a mad scientist. maybe I'll invent an anti-reckless driving device that will stop the vehicle if his/her driving becomes reckless and eject the driver out of the car 50 feet into the air! heheh (parachute not included)

I would invent a machine that would make trees grow faster and water cleaner. I want to invent such things so my future children will still have clean air to breath and clean water to drink.

In my case I'd love to invent a machine that create food from something else, I'd create a machine to extend the time, I mean, that would give me the possibility to feel an hour like 4 hours and make everything I want. Well I don't know necessarily that you should take the impossible into account since the speech is hypothetical regardless. As long as you don't necessarily have to explain how you would make it and more the reason why it is vital, I think it should be relatively simple. If I could personally invent anything though, it wouldn't be an object necessarily, but a cure for either cancer or AIDS.
