Yes, yoga can be a good form of exercise if you do it religiously. However, there are other ways or methods of exercising. I like to combine using weights and aerobic exercises. What I can say is for you to get into some kind of exercise, whether it's a membership at a gym or dance class it does not matter so long as you make your body move.

yes,you are right!every kind of exercise can make us fit anf lose weight.but,sometimes i do not love to do sports.maybe i am a little lazy.haha...

yes,YOGA really can keep healthy and lose weight . There is no doubt .Girl ,if you want to keep fit and then dont want to move a lot so I think YOGA is the best choice .I know it about 3 years ago but dont do it often .But you know after doing it you will feel very relaxed .It's really a good sport for we girls.

thank you for response!as i known,YOGA is a good exercise for girls.does it need us insist on this for at least 1 months,even more.i do can't insist on it for a long time.however,i do it sometimes and really love it very much.it really can make me feel very relaxed!how about you?

hi I am told that yoga can do all these things but it has been years since I have tried it, now Iam elderly and do need to get a lot of exercise but have a bad leg so walking is hard. Maybe I could once again
and hope to be more healthy and lose that horrid weight for once. I guess this can be learned at home right in my room, I hope.

I've already attended Yoga when I had a membership in gym before. I believe it will help you to lose weight and make you calm at the same time when you do the poses.

I think yoga is very good for general fitness and flexibility, relaxation, etc. but not so good at burning calories and losing weight, as it is quite slow exercise. Something like aerobics is much better for losing weight.
