I read that sites require members display proof of payment on the forum (if not,do not send the second payment) There are many opinion that say ... these sites are SCAM What is your opinion?

Hi cip: This doesn't mean that they're scam sites. I have joined HK Buzz and they tell the members that we have to display proof of payment on their forum and they have always paid me. Thanks for asking this question. Have a nice day. ALVARO.
