Do u guys know how to change Windows XP's START Picture?

Seeing some cool templates that i downloaded from internet makes me wants to make my own template too... but i don't know how to change other thing more than color, background, and icon.. can someone teach me how to do that? especially that windows Logo at start up... i want to change it into something cooler
