In our everyday life, there are a lot of things that made us stop for a while, think, and better yet, think and think all over again. There are decisions that we need to make ASAP but we can't because we are confused. We want to go somewhere else but we can't before something is stopping us to do it. There are always hindrances. Possibilities and Impossibilities of things seem to always mixed up, and therefore we always get confused. How about you MyLotters, how confused can you get?

There are times when I get confused too.. I may get confused about the tasks to do, about how the tasks are to be done, about the tasks that were done earlier.. At those times, i just sit down and relax for few minutes. I drink a glass of water and make me cool and relaxed. Then I try to sort out the tasks. I then proceed with the one that has the higher priority and that needs to be done immediately. This helps me to proceed with less confusions..

There are times when i can get so confused i just make the decision without thinking about it. I try my best to be calm so i could more or less weigh my choices so i can make the best decisions for the situation.

Well.its true that it seems confusing at that instance of time, but once we spend a few seconds, it gets better. The confusion happens if we try to juggle too many things and try to be impulsive. If we are impulsive,we do not allow the things to sink in and it sometimes creates confusion.I think a remedy can be trying something like a counting technique...count from 1 to 10 slowly with a slow breathe.10 secs is not a lot of time and it helps us relax and have a better understanding of the situation, which is essential for a clear mind.
