Wedding by phone is it possible?

Okay I heard this from a friend and I find it kinda weird but wanted some idea on this. Is it possible to have a wedding by phone?

It' possible can do it, but depend in your culture in your place where your residents, I am agree not problem and I think that legal.

I guess anything is possible since I saw that a man married his dying cat. Not sure why one would want to get married over the telephone. I think it would be pretty hard, since you would need to ministers. And who would put the rings on? Usually the bride and groom place them on each other.

hi wedding is a winding of two pure hearts. changing ring, tying yellow rope, putting signature are all only sentimental. we can changing heart by phone. in coming days it will be possible by phone.
